Vegan Satay Sauce Recipe


  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Thai curry paste
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegan soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 fresh chilli, to taste (optional)



In a pan, add the curry paste and 2 tablespoons of coconut milk and stir occasionally over medium heat for 2 minutes. 

Then add the rest of the coconut milk, peanut butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice and chilli.

Mix together and let the sauce simmer until it thickens up. Serve the sauce on top of your stir fry's or as a dipping sauce.
