Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cup bbq sauce of your choice
- Salt & pepper
Â
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a baking tray. Start by cutting the florets from the cauliflower and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the flour, milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder, whisk until well combined. Put the breadcrumbs in a seperate bowl.
Toss the cauliflower florets into the batter, coat them in the breadcrumbs and then place on the baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Prepare the bbq sauce. If the sauce is too thick, heat it up in a pot and thin it out with a little bit of water. Toss the wings in the bbq sauce and place back on the baking tray. Bake for another 5 minutes.
