Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis, grated
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 4 eggs
- 100g fetta, crumbled
- 1 tsp stock powder
- Salt & pepper
Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and then combine the rest of the ingredients.
Spoon the mixture into a greased small muffin tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.Â
