- 4-6 potatoes, cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Rosemary, finely chopped
- Salt & pepper
Place potatoes in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender.
In a large pan, place butter, olive oil, garlic and rosemary. Once the butter has melted, add the potatoes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
Cook the potatoes for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, ensuring to toss and flip them every couple of minutes.
