Sesame Ginger Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 200g green beans
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 knob of ginger, chopped finely
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


Method

Cook the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes until tender and then drain them.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook garlic and ginger for 1 minute.

Toss in beans and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook for another
minute.
