Sautéed Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 250g green beans
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper


Method

Blanche green beans in salted boiling water for 4 minutes. Then rinse them under cold water.

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium high heat. Add green beans and garlic then toss! Sauté till golden and crispy.
