Ingredients
- 2 red onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cups white vinegarÂ
- 2 cups of water
- 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp salt

MethodÂ
Add the thinly sliced onions to a large jar.
Over medium heat, combine vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar and salt has dissolved. Then turn off the heat and let cool.
Pour vinegar mixture over the onions in the jar and store them in the fridge overnight and then enjoy.Â
