Hasselback Potatoes

Preheat oven to 200C. Place each potato on a chopping board and make slices along the potato at 5mm intervals, about 2/3 of the way down. Place all the sliced potatoes in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and combine. Place the potatoes in a roasting pan for an hour, or until golden brown and crisp, turning every 15 minutes.
