Classic Homemade Coleslaw


  • 1 small white cabbage, shredded
  • 4 carrots, grated
  • 1 red onion, sliced finely
  • 1/2 bunch of any fresh herbs
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp yogurt or sour cream
  • 1-2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika



Add cabbage, carrots, onion and fresh herbs into a large bowl. In a seperate bowl combine, mustard, mayo, yogurt/sour cream and vinegar. Add the dressing to the cabbage mixture and mix together well. Sprinkle with paprika.
