Ingredients
- 450g Brussels sprouts, cut in half
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 1 garlic clove, chopped finely
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup cheese of choice, shredded
- Salt & pepper

Method
Preheat oven to 180C. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic and Brussels sprouts, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and place into an oven dish.
Add cream and cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
