New Customer Portal

We recently made a major update to our customer portal due to changes with our online store platform.

If you have an existing subscription with Local Organic Delivery, please follow these steps to access your new customer portal account.

1. Reset password / create account

Please go to the Reset Your Password page and enter your email address. You will be sent an email that will allow you to create a password for your customer account.

If it's not recognising your email address, then go to the Create Account page to set up your account.

2. Access your account

When you login you will see your order history. You can manage your subscription by clicking the Manage Subscription button.

3. Manage subscription

You will see a list of your subscriptions, categorised according to delivery schedule. So if you have some items set to be delivered every week, they will all be bunched together. And if you have items set to be delivered every two weeks, they will all be bunched together in a separate subscription.

To edit your subscriptions, click the View / Edit Subscription button.

4. View / Edit Subscription

In this section you can edit or add items to your subscription.

To add a product click the ADD PRODUCT button, choose whether you want to add as a subscription or a one-off, and then select the item you'd like to add.

Alternatively, if you're accessing your customer portal via a desktop, you can just scroll down the page to add items to your subscription.

Logging in via the website

You can now access your customer portal anytime by logging in via our website. The account login button is in the top-right of the page and looks like this:

Email notifications

You will continue to receive email notifications on a Sunday if you have an upcoming order that week. There will be a "magic link" in that email that will automatically take you to your customer portal without needing to log in.

SMS notifications

You will no longer receive an SMS on a Sunday if you have an upcoming order that week. However, you will continue to receive an SMS with your estimated delivery time the day before your delivery.
