- 4 apples
- 150ml cloudy cider
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
Method
Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Put them into a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients and slowly heat and stir.
Cook for 20 minutes until the apples are soft and falling apart. Remove from the heat and store in a jar in the fridge.
